Time required
In order to store a word efficiently in long-term memory, it has to be repeated over a longer period of time, whereby the time intervals between repetitions increase. If you have forgotten the word, you start again with small time intervals between repetitions.
This means that it takes at least 4 to 5 weeks for a word to be properly memorized. With 15 minutes a day, experience shows that it takes two to three months until a lesson of 100 words is in the long-term memory.
Work through several lessons at the same time
If you work on two different lessons in parallel, i.e. 30 minutes a day, you will have learned 200 words after two to three months. With four lessons at the same time, i.e. one hour per day, you will learn 400 words within two to three months.
Training mode to increase efficiency
The VokiDrill algorithm only allows progress in drill mode. However, the learning progress in drill mode is significantly improved if you work through the current lessons in training mode for a few minutes per day.
